Orders are placed via WhatsApp. To issue the invoice, the buyer’s name and tax number (NIF) are requested. Once payment is confirmed, the digital product and the corresponding invoice are sent electronically, by email or WhatsApp. Payment is made by bank transfer to the IBAN provided via WhatsApp when the order is placed. In accordance with the law applicable to digital content supplied online, digital products made available on this website cannot be refunded or returned once the purchase is completed, as access to the product is provided immediately after payment is confirmed. By completing the purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges that they are acquiring digital content with immediate access after payment and that they waive the right of withdrawal. Follow-up video call sessions last a maximum of 20 (twenty) minutes. All content on this website, including texts, e-books, videos, educational materials, images and course structures, is protected by intellectual property rights, and copying, reproduction, sharing, distribution or resale without express authorisation is strictly prohibited.
